Yes. We charge an annual fee that covers your business listing, link building, profile management, updates, and support. These activities are intended to strengthen your online presence and make your business easier for potential customers to find.

The annual fee is $600, payable in two instalments. The final price may vary depending on the competitiveness of your target keywords and the work required. We confirm the fee, payment schedule, and service scope before you sign up.

We work to attract relevant visitors and inquiries for your business. If we don't meet the agreed objectives within the specified period, we will offer a free extension period of 3 to 6 months at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your service agreement.

This keeps each category focused and gives customers a manageable selection of providers to consider. Each accepted business receives a dedicated profile to showcase its expertise, offerings and supporting media. Every listing is subject to review before publication.

Yes. We review business details and listing content before publication. Listings that contain misleading information, promote illegal activities, or violate our guidelines may be rejected and removed. We have a strict policy of showcasing only genuine businesses on our platform.

For product exports, include your supply capacity, minimum order quantities, relevant certifications, and delivery terms. This gives us a practical basis for identifying suitable prospective buyers.

Our standard policy does not offer refunds, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed before payment. Before you sign up, we provide a report outlining the proposed work, ranking objectives, and timeline. If we don't meet an agreed objective within that period, we continue the specified work at no additional charge under your service agreement. Exceptions relating to technical issues are assessed according to our Refund Policy and the circumstances of the case.

Yes, we take up this task for a service fee of 15% of the consignment value and do the following:

1. Identify and verify international buyers
2. Initiate conversations, showcase your products and negotiate the price
3. Encourage buyers to release purchase orders and letters of credit

Once we receive our service fee, we release the letter of credit and purchase order issued by the buyer. All other documentation, shipments and customs house agent (CHA) work remain the responsibility of the seller or exporter.

Whitefirms.org maintains a database of verified international buyers from 160 countries, organized by industry. It includes buyers who regularly procure agricultural and industrial equipment, as well as buyers across other product and service categories. We use this industry classification to identify prospects relevant to your offering and target markets.

No. We generally apply one pricing model based on your business category and the services you require.

The $600 annual subscription suits professional service businesses, including online coaching, training, software development, virtual assistance, freelancers, content writers, market research companies, and professional consultants. These categories are not charged the 15% service fee.

The 15% service fee on the consignment value generally applies to businesses supplying agricultural products, machinery and equipment, medical devices, biotechnology products and textiles under our international buyer identification service. These categories are not charged an annual subscription fee under this model.
