1. Eligibility for a Refund
This policy applies to paid plans that expressly include our Google search-position improvement commitment.
Before payment, we will confirm the following in writing:
The business listing or website covered by the service.
The keywords and target locations to be monitored.
The starting search positions and agreed improvement target.
The initial service period and its commencement date.
The duration of the free service extension.
The tracking method and assessment period used to measure results.
These agreed terms will form the basis of any refund assessment.
2. Free Service Extension
If we do not achieve the agreed improvement within the initial service period, we will extend the covered services at no additional cost for the duration confirmed in your service agreement.
We will continue working towards the same agreed target throughout this extension. The extension will have a fixed end date and will not be prolonged without your written agreement.
3. Our 100% Refund Commitment
If the agreed improvement remains unmet at the end of the free extension, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid for the covered plan or service, provided you have fulfilled the applicable conditions.
No deduction will be made for work completed during the initial service period or the free extension.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To remain eligible, you must:
Provide accurate business information and the materials needed to deliver the service.
Supply agreed approvals and any required access within the specified timelines.
Keep the covered listing or website available throughout the service period.
Inform us before changing relevant URLs, content, business details or settings that could affect the agreed work.
Any customer-related delay or change affecting delivery must be documented. Adjustments to the timeline or refund eligibility must be explained and agreed in writing; they will not be applied retrospectively.
5. How Results Are Assessed
Results will be assessed using the keywords, locations, tracking method and measurement period agreed before payment.
A temporary ranking increase will not, by itself, establish that the target has been achieved unless it meets the agreed assessment criteria. We will provide the relevant ranking report when reviewing your eligibility.
6. When This Refund Commitment Does Not Apply
A refund under this policy is not available solely because:
You change your mind or discontinue the service before the agreed periods end.
You do not receive your expected number of inquiries, customers or sales.
Keywords or locations outside the agreed scope do not improve.
The agreed improvement target has been achieved.
This policy does not promise a number-one position, first-page placement or a particular volume of business unless expressly included in the written service agreement. Changes to Google’s ranking systems do not, by themselves, cancel an otherwise eligible refund.
7. Requesting and Receiving Your Refund
After the free extension ends, contact Whitefirms.org through the contact details published on our website. Include your business name, registered email address, invoice or payment reference, and the listing or website covered by the service.
We will review your request against the written agreement and ranking reports, explain the outcome in writing, and process an eligible refund within the refund-processing period specified in your service agreement.
8. Your Rights
The conditions communicated before payment will govern your purchase. Later policy changes will not reduce an existing refund commitment. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights available under applicable law.
