Send refund requests to support@whitefirms.org, including proof of the payment issue and details. Paying for a listing or service never guarantees improved rankings, more visitors, reviews, leads, or sales. Paid services are used solely for profile creation, enhanced visibility, account verification, updates, and supporting platform operations. We do not compromise quality, accuracy, or trust standards for payment. Do not expect exceptions.

We will reject or remove any paid listing without exception if false information is provided, platform rules are violated, or standards are not met. No exceptions will be made.

Whitefirms.org is not responsible for disagreements, losses, damages, service problems, or transactions between users and businesses. We do not help resolve disputes between users and businesses.
